Lessons are delivered in a professional and appropriate setting, and communication with students and parents is always transparent and respectful. Where lessons take place online, we encourage parents to remain aware of lesson arrangements and maintain visibility where appropriate.

If any safeguarding concerns arise, we take them seriously and act promptly in line with UK safeguarding guidance. We work with parents and relevant authorities where necessary to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the student is protected.
